Meet Our Staff

Will Reinmuth Lead Pastor

Will is the founding pastor of All Souls, which launched in September of 2009. He is a graduate of Clarkstown North High School, the University of Richmond, Westminster Theological Seminary, and the Redeemer City to City church planting fellowship. Will married Christin in August of 1999, and they have three awesome kids, Eva, Liam, and Noah. Will loves to laugh, a good red wine, and quality time with loved ones.

Rana Park Worship Director

Rana has been serving at All Souls as the worship director since 2019. She has loved leading God's children into worship since middle school whether it is with a guitar, dancing with children at VBS or worshipping at a college conference where she met her husband, John, with whom they now have three beautiful children. Rana loves the Dodgers, chili cheese fries and a nice, fresh salad.

Tommy Belo Youth & Young Adult Director

Tommy has been serving at All Souls since May 2020. Born and raised in NJ, he attended and graduated from Nyack College in 2014. He and his wife Michelle were married in 2014 and have 2 energetic daughters, Sophia and Eliana. His favorite pastimes include reading, running, and consuming copious amounts of sushi.

Geraldine Jue Children’s Director

Geraldine has been a member of All Souls since 2011 and joined the staff in October 2021. Although she has a business degree from Carnegie Mellon University, she has always had a heart for children. She grew up in Queens, NY, is married to Jeff and they have 4 sweet children who continue to teach her. Geraldine enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Connie Traphagen Office Administrator

Connie joined the All Souls Community Staff in March of 2021. Originally from the South, Connie brings a little southern to the Northeast. Connie graduated from Ramapo College with a BS in Psychology and also has an AS in Paralegal studies. Connie loves cooking and tennis, and of course hanging with her amazing grandson.

Barbara Hunter Mercy Coordinator

Barbara has been connected to the ministry of All Souls from across the country through family and friends for nearly ten years.  In 2022 she discovered that God's awesome plan for her was to make that connection more permanent through a move back to Suffern, NY.   Barbara is a graduate of Colorado Christian University with a dual degree in business management and Christian leadership.  Her heart for ministry began as a teenager and she has worked in full time ministry ever since.  She loves music and is blessed to be Nana to 5 grandchildren.  Originally from Arizona, she loves the sunshine and eating Mexican food.  Depending on the season, you will often find her watching football and baseball (especially the Yankees).

Lin Tyndall Sunday Operations

Lin has been with All Souls since 2009 and has volunteered through the years, joining the staff in 2017. A graduate of William Paterson University in New Jersey with a degree in education she has a varied work background in education and management. Lin enjoys reading and taking online college courses (without being concerned with the grades), patio gardening and God’s Creation.

Michelle Belo Discipleship Coordinator

Michelle has been here at All Souls since 2020. She graduated from Alliance Theological Seminary with a focus in Intercultural Studies and has been involved in leading small groups since she became a Christian in college. Michelle is married to Tommy and has two daughters. She loves to play volleyball, eat good food, and enjoy the outdoors with friends.

Jenny Reitz Communications Manager/Prayer Coordinator

Jenny has been serving at All Souls since May 2021. She has a degree in communications and public relations and has enjoyed serving in various roles in church and college ministry over the last 20 years. She is married to Scott and they have 3 kids. Jenny loves hiking with her family, traveling to new places, and enjoying good food with friends.
