Sunday Service: 10:30am

Visit Us

Our Sunday Service gives us the chance to practice the things we hold most dear at All Souls:  a welcoming atmosphere, caring community, deep relationships, and transforming worship.

The Basics

Parking is on the side streets next to our building.

We dress casual.

There is childcare available for both services (Infants through Grade 5).

There is plenty of direction for newcomers, so you won't ever stand out or feel lost.

The Service

We begin each service with worship, led by our talented team of musicians, who present songs that often carry a monthly theme. We then have a scripture reading, preparing us to move into a time of confession and renewal, where there are quiet moments to reflect and engage. Then there is a word of encouragement, and a time of prayer.

After a break, we come together for a sermon, normally being preached in a series through a book of the Bible. These messages are meant to be alive and relevant, as the Word of God is contextualized in practical ways that reach the listener's heart. Finally, we end our time together sharing the Lord's Supper. Each service lasts about 90 minutes.

Emphasis

If you hang around All Souls long enough, you'll hear some repeating themes:

You can belong before you believe.
So even if you are skeptical about this Jesus, be certain you will be welcomed into our community. We value authenticity over empty religious compliance.

We are church made up of the broken for the broken.
All Souls is not a perfect church, and none of us are perfect people. All of us have parts of ourselves that just don't work the way they should. We come just as we are, and let the gospel transform us in ways we can't do ourselves.

We believe that ours is a God who comforts the disturbed, and disturbs the comfortable.
We're often reminded that money, success, control or approval won't really satisfy our desperate hearts. So God loves to shake things up in our lives, because He loves us too much to let us keep thinking that this world is all about "me." Turns out that is really good news.

We meet every Sunday at 10:30am. We hope you'll join us.
